HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS—All Paige Lee products are packaged in convenient 8 and 16 ounce deli container that are re-sealable. Store the product in your freezer and allow to thaw in your refrigerator several hours prior to feeding. Adding a couple of tablespoons of warm water to the food makes it more palatable. Reseal and store remaining thawed food in the refrigerator until the next feeding. After thawing, food can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Handle with the same care you would any raw meat product. |

Most ME is derived from fat and carbohydrate, and to a lesser degree, protein. Since natural all meat diets contain little or no carbohydrates virtually all energy is derived from fat and protein. The number of calories that your pet requires daily depends upon a number of factors including weight, lifestyle (active, couch potato, etc.), neutered or intact, and, pregnant or nursing.
